In brief, we know that Duplicity's authorities have made every effort to scrub the date of Duplicity's inception from their records. There's only been one photograph found with a full year: 28 September 2018. And there's indication that one individual who appears to be in his 50s or 60s was born within the city of Duplicity. It's unclear how long LIEs has been operating here or how long they've been dragging people into their programs. There are definitely non-humans in the city who aren't part of the most recent program that's been running for the past two and a half years. But where they've come from is a mystery. LIEs was running with natives before we arrived. That much is clear.

Nearly two years. It was mainly searching back through the messages posted to the network. The accounts are incomplete, but they're the best I was able to cobble together.
