Okay I've got a bunch of questions about that. It's gotta be magic, right? But is it the bullets or the gun itself? Both? Who made it? Why did they do that on purpose?

I've never seen anything like a bullet come out of the bazooka. It just... engulfs its targets... I think.
Don't know why or how, but I've seen it expand and swallow its five-year old owner, then in a puff of pink smoke, he was a teenager. I wonder why they gave it to a little kid in the first place...
Yeah I'm not gonna lie that's all really fucking weird. And I've got a high bar it's rare for people to clear, but your world just sprouted wings and flew about five feet over it.
But I guess it answers my next question which was if it hurts to get shot by it.
Does any of this have something to do with the dying will flames you mentioned?

People in that future had weapons that relied on those flames. I have weapons that use them as well.
