I'd certainly be happy to look at both and offer any suggestions or insights. My experience is a bit lacking. Senators were provided accommodations, I resided at the palace during my tenure as queen, and I otherwise kept my room at my parents' place.
You don't need experience to pick between these, I promise. Neither's palace tier but they're just as good as each other... one's closer to the parks, the other the trails. Choose a favorite by whatever bedroom you like best, maybe?
I always leave room for error. Which is probably why I haven't made a choice yet, but I'm gonna send you the listings and we can go take a walk through whenever you want.
