Drake does not. It's not through any fault, really... he doesn't give people any reason to doubt his intentions but they seem to find that in itself suspicious. Maybe it's that he's such a big guy and people find him intimidating, or because the city decided to make him a dom and they don't believe that was a random decision. That's kind of where Rosita's coming from, right? You can't ever trust someone who's got power over you.

But Padmé did. Ephemera does. And now Jesus does. Drake wasn't wrong about that, even if he was doubting it a little until the other man said it out loud. Something warm and comforting settles over him and he realizes he hadn't known how much he needed to hear it until just now.

"Lucky for us both I don't need to today, so it can be your turn." Drake gives Jesus that softly fond look again, once again struck by just how blue his eyes are. "You still thinking?"
